End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Live RSI App

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

By installing, accessing, or using the “Live RSI” mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End-User License Agreement (EULA).

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE:

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  1. USER ACCOUNT:

Some features of the App may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by VICES Ltd or its licensors.

  1. USE RESTRICTIONS:

You shall not:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

  1. DATA PRIVACY:

Our data privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. DISCLAIMERS:

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, either expressed or implied. VICES Ltd disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

VICES Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

 

 

  1. TERMINATION:

This license is effective until terminated by you or VICES Ltd. VICES Ltd may terminate the license at any time without notice.

  1. GOVERNING LAW:

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
